Does TurboTax Deluxe still include Quicken Starter?

This is for 2018 and filing my 2017 taxes. I am trying to determine if I need to purchase a Quicken license now in addition to my TurboTax license.

Doubtful since TurboTax and Quicken are now owned by sepa...

Doubtful since TurboTax and Quicken are now owned by separate companies. 2016 was the last year they offered Quicken as a bundle....
