I received 1099 Misc from unknown Payer for income i did not receive.

I received a 1099 Misc from an unkown Payer for income I did not receive. I looked up the address of the Payer & it is a home in a neighborhood. I cannot find a phone number or name. What should I do? I will not include this income, $608.00, in my taxes until I can trace the origin. I don't have check stubs from this company nor is there a history of deposits in my bank account.

If your Social Security number is on this 1099-MISC, there is cause for concern.
