For spouse's ITIN name change - do i need to send original marriage certificate / copy of it / notarized copy of marriage certificate to IRS ?

My spouse name has been changed and she want to use name as per marriage certificate. She has changed per passport accordingly. Now want to change name on ITIN file. So do I need to send marriage cert copy /notarized copy/ original marriage cert along with other documents ?
