You'll need to contact the YMCA and make an effort to get this information as you won't be able to e-file without the EIN.

If you have really tried to get the EIN and are unable to do so, you'll have to print and mail your tax return without it. (For instructions, click on What if I don't have the EIN now? from the Let's get more info about your provider screen in TurboTax. See the screenshot below for reference.)

Summer camp at the YMCA may qualify for the credit as long as it is day camp. Overnight camp does not qualify for the Child and Dependent Care Credit.
