How do I start a duplicate return

I didn't take out enough Fed Tax and want to see how to fix for 2017. I will use 2016 tax data to come close but need a second return. Can't seem to figure it out. I could do this when I had it loaded on my PC but now online, I don't see how to save more than the 1 am on.
