Sign into your TurboTax Online account.

Go to My Account then Account Settings.

Next select the Security Tab on the left side, then edit your mobile number.

Please try these alternative steps. Please go to Intuit Accounts Manager, log in with your TurboTax username and password. Once logged in, you should see the option to update your phone number as well as any other personal information you would like to update.
