Thank you for your answer. But after hours of trying to find the answer, I saw that WV will ONLY accept direct debit from a CHECKING ACCOUNT not by any type of card or a savings account. I guess in my state I must pay by paper check or by checking account while e-filing online. But I appreciate you getting back to me !!
