    <description>I had a miscarriage and downgraded my insurance (to no longer belong to the maternity plan) after I no longer needed care in that department. But I still had insurance. Infact, I received a notice to renew my coverage that was to expire on 02/28/17. So even though my 1095-B says I didn't have it, I totally did.</description>
