  &lt;SPAN&gt;If the insurance company or Medicaid sent you a &lt;B&gt;1095-B or C&lt;/B&gt;, those forms do not need to be entered into the &lt;B&gt;Health Insurance&lt;/B&gt; section of your return. Simply save them with your tax documents and click on the &lt;B&gt;total months covered&lt;/B&gt; in TurboTax.&lt;/SPAN&gt;

  &lt;SPAN&gt;·&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Click on the &lt;B&gt;Federal &lt;/B&gt;section on the left menu and then the&lt;B&gt; Health Insurance &lt;/B&gt;section at the top&lt;/SPAN&gt;

  &lt;SPAN&gt;·&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When asked if you &lt;I&gt;had health insurance in 2017&lt;/I&gt;, select either &lt;B&gt;all year&lt;/B&gt; or you will &lt;B&gt;pick who and what months&lt;/B&gt; (total of all policies), and &lt;B&gt;Continue. &lt;/B&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;

  &lt;SPAN&gt;·&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When asked about being &lt;I&gt;enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2017&lt;/I&gt;, select &lt;B&gt;No&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;

  &lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;·&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Your return will not need data entered for any time covered by an employer's plan or by Medicaid, just the months selected. It does not need entry of &lt;B&gt;1095-B&lt;/B&gt; or &lt;B&gt;C&lt;/B&gt;s.&amp;nbsp; It only needs specific information from the&lt;B&gt; 1095-A&lt;/B&gt; form.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
