&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Persons in the Reserve or National Guard are not full-time active duty military personnel, although they can be deployed at any time should the need arise. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For National Guards, you earn Active Duty pay any time you’re deployed for any reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, you will pay income tax only on your base pay and any upgrades or bonuses received while serving overseas are exempt.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Drill pay is military status and we fall under Title 10 on those weekends. So yes, that would fall under active military pay. You should receive a separate W-2 for the Reserve Component; if you're full time Title 32 (that's usually a Federal Technician) and that's considered a civilian and you will get a different W-2 for those wages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
