      <description>&lt;P&gt;Under the general income category, you will enter $0 as income, and then proceed to expense area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens often especially in this business, as it takes a while to start getting listings and closing sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just make sure the 2nd year, there is some income, as IRS will be looking closer if it happens two years in a row.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
