Please see the instructions below:

On the Tax Timeline, select "Federal Taxes".
Select "Deductions and Credits".
Click "Check for more tax breaks" then select "Skip to see all tax breaks".
Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" and click "Show more" to expand the list.
Click "Start" next to "Other Income Taxes"
Select "Yes" on the first screen, and then on the next screen click "Start" next to "Payments with 2016 federal extension"
Enter the amount paid on the next screen
