In
your case, the allocation can be any percentage on which you and your
parents agree upon, it can range from 0% to 100%. The 1095-A will need
to allocated based on your agreed upon percentage (for example: 100% to
the parents and 0% to yourself).

In TurboTax, in the
screen enter the details of your 1095-A and select Continue. When asked
"Do any of these situations apply?" select "Shared this policy with
another taxpayer who is not on my taxes".

You will need to have the Form 1095-A to complete this process.

So, please read this link, this will help you during your allocation process: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3206605-i-m-on-my-parents-1095-a-form-what-do-i-do-on-my-return
