Reject Code IND-996 -(IP PIN) provided on the return is not valid., I didn't provide any IP PIN when entering my information,

On the Identity Protection PIN screen i click no and continue, when i retry to efile same error. When i started my taxes with turbo tax this year i initially clicked on Identity Protection PIN, then i entered my w-2 the usual like last year, i think that has something to do something with the error im getting, it wont let me clear my tax forms so i can start all over again from scratch to rule out that initial clicking of the Identity Protection Pin option. if thats not the issue Also is it asking for an IP PIN from me or my dependent?

To enter a 6 digit IP PIN

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button

Or enter ip pin in the Searchbox located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ip pin
