I was charged twice, once for the downloadable Turbo Tax ($74.99), and once for the web based support ($113.97). I would like a refund for the cheaper $74.99 charge, as I did not use it.

The web system implied (or I misunderstood) that I needed the downloadable version to file my state taxes. That turned out not to be true and I only used the more expensive version (which I was happy with). I only want the smaller charge reversed. What can I do?
