To enter form 1099DIV try following these steps instead:

1. Sign into your account and continue your current return

2. Select My Account in the top right and then Tools

3. Select Topic Search (see attached)

4. Search for 1099DIV and then select go

5. This will take you to a page that says Did you receive any interest income? Follow this interview to enter the information from your 1099DIV
