    <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid $74.36 on 11/8/2017 for a download of Turbotax Deluxe.&amp;nbsp; I just finished my 2017 return and was asked to pay $39.99 for the federal and $36.99 for the state for a total of $76.98.&amp;nbsp; The payment I made of $74.36 should be the proper amount.&amp;nbsp; Please help straighten this out give a phone number so I can talk to a live person.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you purchased desktop software and then mistakenly prepared your return at the Online website.&amp;nbsp; Those are 2 different products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your download version was more fully-featured than the Online Deluxe version you ended up using.&amp;nbsp; The download version has no form limitations, and has Forms Mode for viewing/editing of forms during preparation.&amp;nbsp; And it can prepare multiple returns.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to talk to TurboTax Support and tell them what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are an Advantage member (annual subscription), log into your Advantage account and scroll down past the FAQ links.&amp;nbsp; Near the bottom of the page you should find a special Advantage phone number to directly contact Customer Support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are not an Advantage member, use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.&amp;nbsp; Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
