The Form 3922 is not a report of a sale, it's a report that stock acquired via an ESPP that has been transferred to you. If you have not sold any of that stock then there's nothing to report on your income tax return. But hang onto that Form as you will need it if and when you do sell the stock because the numbers on there help determine your basis which is not what you paid for the stock.
