However, with your TurboTax Self Employed account, you are entitled to use our SmartLook™ feature for one-on-one guidance. To use this feature in TurboTax Online:

Sign in to TurboTax and continue in your return
Click Help at the top right
Type a brief explanation of what you need assistance with.
You may review some of the suggestions, then click Contact Us at the bottom
Then, click to Get a callback
Once connected to a specialist on the phone, they will be able to review your entries in the program after you have given them access to your screen
