I want to enter my locality for the local tax refund that I received. However, it is not listed on the drop down menu for form 1099-G. What should I choose? The state?

If your locality is not on the list, go all the way to the bottom of the list and choose “More Than One/None” unless one of the “other” options toward the bottom of the list fit your situation better.
