      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the &lt;B&gt;Form&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;1095-C, Health Coverage, &lt;/B&gt;y&lt;SPAN&gt;ou will not add
this to your return. &lt;B&gt;Form 1095-C&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;is informational only the IRS
does not need any details from this form. The form verifies you had
health insurance coverage. You can keep any&amp;nbsp;1095-C forms that&amp;nbsp;you get
from your employer for your records. You may have accidentally selected that you had a Form 1095-A.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;To report the &lt;B&gt;Form 1095-C&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;in TurboTax you need to return to the &lt;B&gt;Health Insurance&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;section. Go to &lt;B&gt;Federal Taxes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;then &lt;B&gt;Health Insurance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;When you arrive at&amp;nbsp;the
question&amp;nbsp;“&lt;B&gt;Did you have health insurance coverage in 2016",&lt;/B&gt; simply select that &lt;B&gt;&lt;/B&gt;the option that says &lt;B&gt;you had coverage all year (if applicable).&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then when asked "&lt;B&gt;If anyone was enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2016&lt;/B&gt; select "&lt;B&gt;No".&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;That is all the information that is required.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
