      <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to access your Prior Year Return you will need to log in to 
TurboTax using the same credentials under which you filed that return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not remember the User-Name/Password combination for these 
accounts I recommend you contact TurboTax Product Support. There, a 
representative will be able to look up your account and assist you in 
determining your logon credentials and even send a password Reset if 
necessary. Instructions for this are at the bottom of this answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;B&gt;We also offer a number of ways to assist you in recovering access to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;
