As long as you have not paid you can cancel what you are filing. Unfortunately there is no way to really transfer, but you can start over. Fortunately there's a loop hole. There are certain forms that you may end up filing that would bump you into the Turbo Tax Business Package that aren't eligible for Turbo Tax Premier.

If you have paid, you would need to contact Turbo Tax Product Support so that they would be able to assist you with upgrading the packages allowing you to finish filing in the Turbo Tax Business package. Unfortunately there is no way to transfer this way.
