Turbo Tax Business AND Turbo Tax Self-Employed (or Premier).

A multi-member partnership return (1065) can only be prepared using Turbo Tax Business. No other product will support it. You will not be able to prepare your personal return/ SMLCC in Turbo Tax Business, so you will need 2 products.

Depending on how complex your SMLLC activity is, you may be able to prepare your personal return using Premier. Premier handles K1 forms and a basic Schedule C. You can always start your personal return using a lower version and upgrade as needed. Your data will morph into the higher version. If you start in a higher version, you can't go down.

Good point. You can do that on Premier the downloaded version, but online will force you to upgrade to Self Employed even just for having expenses. So, it depends on whether you want to use online or not for your personal return. I realize you must have expenses if you have an LLC Do you have other family members to help? If so, you might want to use Premier download.
