There is a problem that I can not make an E-file or mail thru your website. So I will just do it myself. I can easily get a 1040 form and filled it up myself and mail it. So I was not able to your services. So therefore I want a refund for my money.

Request for refunds should be directed to TT Support. https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/ use the term “billing issues” in the question box, not "Refund" or it will just give you the IRS phone number to check your refund status.
