If you e-filed your federal tax return extension using TurboTax, you will get an email confirmation letting you know if it was accepted or rejected, usually within 48 hours.

Link doesn't help. I think what people are asking is after filling out your extension request, while using TurboTax, after finishing the form, TurboTax will open the form with Adobe, after printing it off (Which is fine) what Id like to know is does the software submit this for you? And if so, how do we track that?
