You'll need to clear your return to downgrade to the Free version. Scroll down this page a bit and select "Tax Forms" and see if your form is on the list. If you want me to help, go ahead and post all the forms you're trying to file and I can let you know if free covers all of them.

That's the one... 1098-E isn't covered on the free versio...

That's the one... 1098-E isn't covered on the free version. The state return is a separate fee ($44.99) on top of your federal return fee (aka TurboTax Deluxe - $59.99).
