Combining multiple W2s

I got two W2s from my last employer (I left in Nov 2017) for 2018 taxes. One has nothing in any boxes except 3,4,5,6 (Box 1, 2 are empty). The other W2 has info in Box 1, 2, and others. One form is directly from the former employee and the second is from an agent of the former employee - the EIN numbers are different. Can I combine the two and treat them as one W2 for entering the data? Thanks
