The treasury assigned my wife a pin because of it detected tax fraud by another individual. Treasury insists they cannot process my return without that number all I need is where I can import it on the printed form it is near the signature.

That is correct. If you have been issued an IP Pin from the IRS, it must be entered on the tax return before you will be able to e-file the return. To enter the 6 digit number in TurboTax,

Open your return if you don't already have it open.
Inside TurboTax, search for IP PIN (don't forget the space) and then select the Jump to link in the search results.
On the Identity Protection PIN screen, answer Yes and enter your IP PIN in the space provided. Make sure to indicate the correct person the PIN relates to.
Select Continue.
Re-submit your tax return; this time it will not reject.

To enter a Federal PIN into TurboTax, please follow these steps:

Log into TurboTax and click on any topic to continue
Click on Federal from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
Click on Other Tax Situations at the top of the screen
Then click on Show More next to Other Return Info
Click on Start or Revisit next to Identity Protection PIN and then click on Yes
Click on Add next to the name of the person that has the Identity Protection Pin
