All I want to do is buy the Turbotax disc like I have in the past, and download it to my computer, and do my taxes on my own computer and be able to utilize my past returns information. How do I do that, I don't want to do Turbotax online.

You have to specify that you want a CD to be sent to you. See screenshot below.
