      <description>&lt;P&gt;He would be a dependent and would be treated as your own son.&amp;nbsp; List him as "other", then as a nephew (a great nephew is treated the same.)&amp;nbsp; You need no agreement from the parents.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
