I received that same code yesterday! I’m sure it’s just a system glitch because of the partial shut down! I even put in a different return amount and received the same code! So it’s definitely a system glitch!

Yes! That’s because there’s no one working in the call centers yet! I’d assume within the next week or so they will be answerthe phones
