If you have them printed, you can type the information in yourself. just make sure to keep copies of all forms, whether they're printed, or scanned onto your computer. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now, if your company can pull up via importing, it's easy for the non financial info (address, turbo tax id, etc) to be added.</description>
