      <description>You can not do that legally until mid Fedruary. And you don't want to do it anyway. Invariable, your W-2 will not be the same as your last paycheck numbers and then you will probably need to amend your return. You can not file yet, Turbotax is not accepting returns yet. The IRS will not accept or process returns until Jan. 23, so there is absolutely no advantage to filing before that date. In addition, if you are getting the EITC the IRS is prohibited by law from paying your refund until the middle of February.</description>
