Why is it making me enter a 1099-G form? I did NOT have any unemployment or paid family leave.

I did not have unemployment or Paid family leave and its requiring me to enter a 1099-G form. It is also saying that its requiring me to upgrade because of this.

It seems like you might have filed a Form 1099G last year...

It seems like you might have filed a Form 1099G last year. If you have not filed this year's taxes, you can simply delete the form by following these steps:

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
To your left, select Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form
Scroll down the list to locate the Form 1099G, select Delete and Continue with My Return
