One of my jobs has yet to give me my w2 form. I was told that there is substitution form i should fill out ? Or i could file now and amend it later si cd it was 3 weeks at minnimum wage

Call the employer and ask for your W-2. If they are going to mail it to you, make sure they have your correct current address.

Go to the link below on the IRS web site for more information on what to do if you did not receive a W-2 from your employer. If you end up needing to file Form 4852, which is the substitute form, you can prepare it in TurboTax and it will be included in your tax return. You do not have to use the Form 4852 that the IRS sends you. But the first step is to contact the employer.
