To move your 2015 tax return from a Mac to a PC, follow these steps:

Open your tax return in TurboTax.
From the TurboTax File menu, select Save.
In the new window, enter a different file name and/or location (if desired) and then click Save.
Move the saved .tax file to the new computer (I suggest a flash drive for security).
Install TurboTax to the PC, and open the .tax file you moved from the Mac.

Note: You can also save your tax return as a PDF which can be opened without installing TurboTax on your PC.
