Form 14039 is the IdentityTheft Affidavit. You may have inadvertently indicated that you were a victim of Identity Theft. The form will populate automatically in this instance as a security measure. If you were not a victim of Identity Theft please follow the steps below to delete the form in TurboTax Online.

Sign into your Online account.

Go to My Account at the top then Tools.

In the Tools Center pop up window select Delete a Form.

Then select Delete next to Form 14039 and confirm the deletion.
