      <description>I just imported forms 1099-div and 1099-B from Betterment and now am being asked to "Choose the state where your tax-exempt dividends came from" I don't see that info anywhere on either form - where should I be looking?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unless the amount of your tax-exempt dividends are significant and you are filing in multiple states or they are enough to require you to file taxes in the states where they were generated, it's a moot point. Just pick a state.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
