Have you already filed? It can be removed prior to filing, and then you can pay the fees upfront. We can tell you how.

If you already filed, how did you pay for your fees? Did you pay by credit/debit card, or did you choose to pay out of your Federal refund? (the latter requires Premium Services.)

I figured it out and removed it then paid outright. Thanks!

Are you a California filer, and did you choose to pay the TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund? If so, that option to pay out of the refund is bundled with other benefits and called "Premium Services" for 39.99.
