  &lt;B&gt;If they (e.g. Uber, Lyft) &amp;nbsp;are reporting your gross ride-share revenue on Form 1099-K (or 1099-MISC) but not their "fees", you can report the fees they charge as a "Commissions" expense (if using TurboTax Home &amp;amp; Business).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the steps to navigate to that interview in&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;TurboTax Home &amp;amp; Business&lt;/B&gt;: &amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;Business &amp;gt; Business Income and Expenses &amp;gt; Profit or Loss from Business &amp;gt; Your Business &amp;gt; Business Expenses &amp;gt; Other Common Business expenses&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;"Commissions"&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;B&gt;If you are using 2016 TurboTax&amp;nbsp;Deluxe or Premier, you will not be able to claim an expense for these fees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;
