      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you can file as usual. &amp;nbsp;If you file as Married Filing Jointly, your taxable income maybe lower (since he took 2 month break) than last year which which may result in a lower tax bracket and a higher refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
