go to SBTPG.COM and login just like you would at the irs wheres my refund if your return got rejected. BofA will not disclose if they've received and rejected it b/c its under a fraud claim to be sent back. tax products group is the third party services for turbo tax that issues the check. if its been rejected and you've logged in to sbtpgs.com follow the prompt and upload your id so that way they can verify you which takes 2-5 business days. after they receive and verify they will take the hold off your acct and issue the check to be mailed on the 6th business day. you will know this has happened if the blue screen prompt indicating that the hold on the acct doesn't show up when you login to sbtpg.com if you do not do this they will send the check back to the IRS and from the day the IRS gets it back it will take 2 months to receive the check. if you do what I explained it will take 2 weeks to receive it through TAX PRODUCTS GROUP out of Santa Barabra.
