Yes, you can always contact our Product Support department for Turbotax and they would be happy to assist you with any questions. Even help you file if you are having trouble filing. If you call them and you are logged into your account and you are on a computer, the Product Support can screen share with you to be able to see your screen as they help assist you navigate through the software and through your taxes.
