What is the mailing address for federal returns?

There is no physical address to mail returns to. It just says Department of Treasury, IRS, Fresno, CA xxxxx-xxxx. Should there be a street address?

How to you type that into USPS.com? Department of the Treasury barely fits on one line by itself under "company" line. Or Do you have to Put Department of the Treasury in the Name line, then the Internal Revenue Service on second line where it says company? And street address is Required?
