How do I get rid of Form 2441 on the Federal Review? I tried changing my answer form YES to NO in that section. Can I proceed with the information blank on Form 2441?

I have a child and accidentally clicked yes for paying child care expenses. If I put zero for the amount and N/A for the child care provider will that be ok? Does form 2441 have to be included in my taxes?

You can delete the form by doing the following:

Click on My Account at the top of the window.
Click on Tools
In the Tools Center, click on Delete a Form.
Find forms listed with Form 2441 or child and dependent care credit in the title and click delete.

This should remove the issue from your return.
