TurboTax Online self-help option: Forgot Your User ID or Password?

Go to TurboTax.com.
Click Sign In.
Click I forgot my user ID or password.
Enter the email address or UserID
This will send them an email to allow them to recover the password to the account.

Follow the on screen prompts.

You should now has access to the account. If this has failed, continue following the steps as below.
