      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this same problem. Tried many times. Finally I closed TurboTax after saving file. Changed the display scaling to 100%, then rebooted computer. I am using Windows 10 Pro on a new laptop 2 n 1. Using in laptop mode. After restarting TurboTax the payment window worked, sent me to TurboTax online and I paid using credit card. Then returned to tax return and e-file was completed. At least I hope so. TurboTax said it was sent. I put a call into Support, but they have not called me back as yet. I had to use this same procedure to have TurboTax boot up from the Update window when I initially opened the program. Seems like these problems should be fixed by now. Heads Up TurboTax programers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
