      <description>I got an e-mail that says my Federal Tax return was rejected (also got it for State). IND-031-04 The primary taxpayer's AGI or self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records. The AGI is the same as last year's record. I don't have a record of my PIN from 2018.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My social security number is on the form.&amp;nbsp; Everything is filled out the same as it was in my 2018 form.&amp;nbsp; My husband passed away Feb. 2019 and I'm filing as a widow.&amp;nbsp; Is this creating a problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
