I worked for Uber. How can I deduct the Uber's commission off from my income?

My current 1099-k lists the total amount that Uber paid me but that does not deduct the commission that Uber kept.

You should enter your commission in the Commissions category per the below steps:

Type in business expenses in the search box, top right of your screen

Click on first category Jump to business expenses

Follow the prompts and online instructions

Arrive at the Your Business page

Scroll down to the Business Expenses category

Click start or update next to Other Common Business Expenses category

Arrive at the Let's write off some business expenses page

Scroll down to the Commissions category to make your entry
